Where in Schleswig-Holstein can you find out about political topics?

EDITORIAL LEARNING AID

Why is this answer correct?

Schleswig-Holstein does not have a state agency but a State Commissioner for Civic Education, who provides information on politics and supports educational programmes. The consumer advice centre, the public order office and the churches have other responsibilities.

In Schleswig-Holstein the body is called: State Commissioner for Civic Education.
