Why is this answer correct?

Adults can obtain the Abitur on the second educational path at an evening grammar school or a Kolleg, which are set up specifically for this. A university (a) actually requires the Abitur, a secondary modern school (c) only leads to the lower secondary certificate, and a private university (d) is also a university.

Abitur for adults: evening grammar school or Kolleg, not university.
